About us
Hi, I'm Laura and I run Ilkeston sit and stay.
I have a passion for animals, especially dogs as I grew up around them. Dedication to care of all animals is my greatest purpose in life, because let's be honest, they beat us humans any day.
I have insurance and experience looking after cats, rabbits, hamsters and dogs.
Matt here... I'm Laura's other half and I do the driving, as well as handling BIG dogs. The furry friends in my picture are our pack of retired greyhounds - they'd tell you how good we are at looking after them, but we haven't managed to teach them typing yet. We also own two rabbits and a hamster.
Our business started out walking one dog for a neighbour, but has now expanded to walking and sitting all around our area. Our customer satisfaction to date is 100%, but don't take our word for it; check out our reviews below.
Charlie, our much loved greyhound has anxiety issues. We had previously placed him in kennels with very experienced greyhound people but he was so stressed he had to go into foster. Then we found Laura and Charlie settled very well and we couldn't have been more happy with the care and love he recieved, they even took him to the vet for us when he hurt his foot. We will be and indeed already have booked Charlie in for his next stay.
